Ave Custodes and Demiurges,
these last few weeks have been – to put it mildly – quite hectic. We’re grateful for your patience and we fully acknowledge there’s been a lack of communication, but know it was only because we were working really hard on resolving some unexpected issues in logistics and shipping to our international audience, and we did not want to give conflicting information while trying to resolve it.
Long story short, the company who was supposed to manage the shipping had to face some hiccups due to the generally difficult conditions of these last few months, and we had to reorganize everything, and also had to redo some fundamental bureaucratic documents. As you can imagine this slowed down the entire operation, but we managed to resolve everything. Our warehouse crew worked and is still working very hard and we can now assure you that your packages will be picked up in the next seven to ten days, and will then arrive, based on what the shipping company told us, in a couple of weeks (depending on where you are, obviously)!
Again, we’re very sorry for the wait, and we’re forever grateful for your patience. We know for sure that this will be worth it – the Italian Custodes gave us a very strong, positive feedback on both books.
To make up for this unexpected wait, we thought about a little gift for you. We just published a new adventure, Amor Odit Inertes, set in Melita (Malta), with a blood-thirsty monster and a vanished Custos to find; you will find it, free of charge, in you Backerkit downloadables, ready to play. If by any chance you've already bought it, write to us at [email protected] with a receipt of the payment and we will send you another one of your choice.

le spedizioni procedono lungo le vie dell'Impero!
Abbiamo avuto una partenza più lenta del previsto per qualche problematica logistica relativa ai materiali extra, dovuta all'approvvigionamento della carta, ma abbiamo risolto tutto e stiamo procedendo al massimo della velocità per recuperare questo piccolo ritardo. Le spedizioni verso l'Italia dei pledge Initiate Senior sono praticamente completate e nel frattempo si procede sicuri seguendo l'ordine delineato nell'aggiornamento precedente (quindi, in questo momento, si sta lavorando sui Demiurge Senior). We had a slower start than anticipated, due to some logistical issue with the extra materials, caused by the paper shortage, but everything's now resolved and we're going as fast as possible. National shipping in Italy is well underway (Initiate Senior is practically done, Demiurge on its way), and after that we'll follow the timeline we set in our previous update. We can't wait to see pictures of your packages on our Facebook group!

Ebbene sì: come potreste aver intravisto sui nostri account social, sono arrivate in magazzino le copie stampate di Dacia e Tracia e Italia. Siamo veramente felici!
Ora parte tutto quello che concerne la gestione logistica.
Siamo già partiti con le spedizioni in Italia dei pledge “più snelli”, e anzi, alcuni di voi ci hanno comunicato di essere già stati raggiunti dai messi imperiali.
Poi procederemo con le spedizioni UE, sempre col pledge Initiate Senior. Infine, passeremo ai pledge "compositi", dall’organizzazione logisticamente più complessa, e ai pledge extra-UE, che richiedono particolari impegni burocratici (già in corso, e speriamo presto finalizzati).
Mano a mano che partiranno riceverete anche la conferma via mail della spedizione tramite Backerkit.
Vi terremo aggiornati su ogni fase!

Yes, as you may have seen on our social profiles, we received the printed version of Dacia et Thracia and Italia at our warehouse. We’re really, really happy!
Now we’re dealing with the logistics of the shipping.
We’ve already started shipping the “simpler” pledges (Initiate Senior) to the Italian backers; and some even said to us that they were already greeted by an Imperial messenger with their package.
Then, we’ll go on with UE shipping, starting again with the Initiate Senior. Finally, we’ll handle all the other pledges, which being composed by more pieces are a bit more logistically challenging, and all the extra-UE pledges (that require some bureaucratic fulfillments, on which we are already working).
You’ll also receive an email from Backerkit when your pledge will be shipped.
We’ll keep you posted on every phase!

giungono notizie dall’Imperatore per tutti gli appartenenti alla Cohors Arcana.
In primis, la stampa: siamo felici di confermarvi che è in corso! La tipografia ci ha confermato che tutto sta procedendo secondo tabella di marcia.
Vi informeremo non appena il materiale arriverà nei nostri magazzini.
In secondo luogo, abbiamo una bellissima notizia: la nuova avventura di cui vi abbiamo parlato nell'ultimo aggiornamento, Il segno del lupo, sta per arrivare! Firmata da Claudio Vergati, sarà disponibile a brevissimo sia in italiano sia in inglese, e verrà resa disponibile tramite l’Acheron store e DriveThru entro un paio di settimane.
Preparatevi a indagare a Parvuslocus, piccolo borgo dove aleggia un mistero che solo la Cohors potrà risolvere.
Infine, Mauro Longo, Claudio Vergati e Fabio Porfidia stanno lavorando insieme a una versione aggiornata delle schede del giocatore! Saranno scaricabili gratuitamente, sempre dallo store Acheron e da DriveThru, e saranno sempre in doppia lingua. Non andranno a sostituire quelle ufficiali già distribuite, ma potranno essere usate come versioni 2.0, con qualche innovazione, anche grazie ai suggerimenti della community sul gruppo Facebook. Qui sotto potete cominciare a vedere un'anteprima grafica.

there’s some news from the Emperor to every member of the Cohors Arcana.
First of all, printing: we’re happy to confirm that it's well on its way! The typography confirmed us that everything is going according to the timeline.
We’ll let you know as soon as the materials will arrive at our warehouse.
Secondly, we’ve got wonderful news: the new adventure we talked about in the last update, The Mark of the Wolf, is coming! Penned by Claudio Vergati, soon (in a matter of a couple of weeks) it will be available in Italian and in English, on Acheron store and DriveThru.
Get ready to investigate at Parvuslocus, a little town where a mystery lies that only the Cohors could solve.
Last but not least, Mauro Longo, Claudio Vergati, and Fabio Porfidia are working together at an updated version of the characters sheet. They’ll be free to download, on Acheron store website and DriveThru, both in Italian and in English. They won’t replace the official ones, but could be used as a 2.0 version, with some tweaks, also thanks to our community’s suggestions in our Facebook group. You can find a little preview of the design above.

the official, final PDFs are HERE! Logging into your Backerkit profile you should be able to download the final versions of Dacia and Thracia and Italia. We're very excited to share them with you and hope you'll enjoy them as much as we do!
If you have any problem downloading them/you can't find them, write to [email protected].
This means we're also officially sending them to the typography to proceed with the printing process. Keep in mind that, due to the global paper shortage, the typography warned us that the expected time of arrival might exceed the usual industry standard. We'll keep you posted and hope to give you a more precise ETA for the physical books as soon as possible.
Another piece of news: soon we'll release on DriveThru an additional, never published before adventure. The mark of the wolf (working title) will take place in the year 1230 aUc and will bring you into the mysteries of the Lupercalia...

Purtroppo, a causa dell'attuale crisi globale di approvigionamento della carta, la tipografia ci ha avvisati che i tempi di consegna potrebbero essere più lunghi rispetto al solito. Vi terremo aggiornati e vi faremo sapere presto tempistiche più precise per l'arrivo dei manuali cartacei.
